Purple Diamonds Services – Payment Plan Terms & Conditions (Credee Platform)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all customer payment plans processed through Credee for services provided by Purple Diamonds Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in a payment plan, the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following:
1. Payment Plan Authorization
1.1. By enrolling in a Credee payment plan, you authorize Purple Diamonds Services and Credee to process scheduled payments using the payment method you provide.
1.2. You acknowledge that Credee is a third-party billing platform and that all automated drafts, payment reminders, and payment updates will be sent through the Credee system.
1.3. You certify that all information submitted to Credee is accurate and legally yours to use.
2. Non-Refundable Services
2.1. All deposits and payments made under a Credee payment plan are non-refundable.
2.2. Purple Diamonds Services does not issue refunds for:
Tax preparation services
Notary services
Real estate consultations
Digital products or training
Business services (payroll, bookkeeping, HR compliance, etc.)
Any completed or partially completed service
2.3. If payments fail or a plan is canceled, no refund will be issued for any payments already processed.
3. Payment Schedule & Responsibility
3.1. Your payment plan will clearly outline the installment amount, payment frequency, and total number of payments.
3.2. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains active, valid, and funded.
3.3. Failed or declined payments may result in:
Late fees assessed by Credee
Suspension of services
Termination of your payment plan
Collection activity (as allowed by law)
4. Late, Failed, or Missed Payments
4.1. Credee may charge late fees or reattempt fees for missed or failed transactions.
4.2. Purple Diamonds Services is not responsible for financial institution overdraft fees, bank declines, or debit/credit card issues.
4.3. After multiple failed payments, your account may be placed on hold or forwarded to Credee’s internal collections process.
5. Service Delivery & Work Suspension
5.1. Services may be paused if a payment fails. Work will resume once the plan is brought current.
5.2. For tax preparation, no tax return will be filed until the full balance is paid.
5.3. For real estate, consulting, digital products, or business services, no final documents will be released until the plan is paid in full.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1. Payment plans cannot be canceled once activated unless approved by Purple Diamonds Services management.
6.2. Canceling a payment plan does not cancel the financial obligation. The remaining balance will become due immediately.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
7.1. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not eliminate your financial obligation.
7.2. Any chargebacks will result in:
Immediate suspension of all services
Possible legal action
Permanent termination of access to future payment plans
7.3. If you have a service concern, you agree to contact Purple Diamonds Services before initiating a dispute.
8. Communication & Notifications
8.1. You agree to receive email/SMS notifications from Credee and Purple Diamonds Services regarding billing, reminders, account updates, and service information.
8.2. You agree to keep your contact information updated at all times.
9. Collections & Legal Enforcement
9.1. If your account becomes seriously past due, it may be sent to collections.
9.2. You agree to pay any reasonable collection fees, attorney fees, or additional costs incurred in recovering unpaid balances.
10. Client Responsibility
By using a Credee plan, you agree that:
You have reviewed the payment plan terms.
You understand the non-refundable nature of the services.
You are responsible for completing all payments.
Purple Diamonds Services may pause work until payments are current.
11. Modifications to Terms
Purple Diamonds Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or customer portals.
12. Agreement
By enrolling in a Credee payment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
